Very few things in sports offer instant and sustained performance improvement. Athalonz patented EnVe™️ Technology is one of those rare things.
At Athalonz, we discovered a gap in the science of footwear; the gap is between life sciences and physical sciences and it limits athletic performance. To fill this gap, we created and patented our EnVe™️ Technology that directs, within footwear, more force towards the body. With more force directed towards the body, athletic performance (e.g., more control, more power, more stable, less wear & tear on the body) is immediately and permanently improved.
The principals of the Athalonz EnVe™️ Technology lie in physics. It works for everyone and it works immediately: That’s why professional athletes are wearing Athalonz.
Over the last few years, “ground reaction force” - which is the force the ground applies to enable the body to move - has become a very popular term in professional sports. To date, professional sports have studied the effects of ground reaction force on athletic performance, but not how the shoes affect the ground reaction force. In particular, they have not studied how the ground reaction force traverses through the shoes and how the direction of the ground reaction force through the shoes affects athletic performance. From its own studies, Athalonz developed the patented EnVe™️ Technology.
Athalonz has been issued 18 US utility patents covering its EnVe Technology, Grip & Glide Technology, and/or other features of its shoes. Click HERE for a list of Athalonz patents.
— OPTIMAL ATHLETIC POSITIONING —
OAP leverages the laws of physics to shift the way the feet engage the ground. The medial side of the forefoot "sinks" into the ground; shifting your knees inward. This causes a shift of your weight bearing forces to the inside of your legs creating a power triangle. In this position, your body is able to maximize ground reaction force and minimize leakage forces. With your feet about shoulder width apart and more ground reaction force and less leakage forces, you generate 9% or more power! See our blog for a more detailed discussion on how our shoes increase your power.
— OPTIMAL ATHLETIC POSITION —
The combination of being in the best athletic foundation and having your body aligned reduces stress on the body. By shifting weight bearing forces inward, loading on the ankles, knees, and hips is reduced, which reduces the aches and pains of repetitive sports play.

The human body was designed for gravitational locomotion. The collective kinematic and neural acquisition strategies eliciting muscular tension and relaxation enables the human structure to adapt to a variety of environmental stressors.
One of the greatest threats to movement is inactivity.
Human adaptation is constant. Seated positions enact adaptations such as weakening of the posterior chain musculature, spine, (trunk) and core. Diagnosed as upper and lower cross syndrome, more often than not, a corrective exercise model is required to offset inactive adaptations. Often measured in a variety of assessments, reviews of overhead squat and single leg squat kinematics reveal tension imbalances, which enact pattern change through the skeletal system. When there is a movement performance expectation, the body is misaligned for accurate force vector production. With misalignment also, the body is highly susceptible to musculoskeletal injury.
The corrective exercise process to offset imbalance and joint structure asymmetries, will often take months of training and muscular re-education. Depending upon the neural plasticity of the individual and the degree of structural alignment deformation, the process is not a guarantee of performance outcomes.
Ground reaction force measures are the initial construct of human movement. Biomechanists and sports performance practitioners will often refer to the foot ground interaction as the “first ordered” metric in movement evaluation. The ability to produce force repeatedly, and to enhance force moments (force impulse) is a guiding tenant for the majority of sports performance training.
An immediate corrective line over a common line of negative adaptation, hip external rotation. Q angle deformation for force production enacts a response inclusive of knee (femur and tibia-fibula) misalignment, coupled with the foot-ankle supination. Playing through misalignment will not only reduce the performance outcome, but can increase injury risk.
The EnVe golf shoe, by Athalonz, corrects the first ordered metric of foot ground interaction. The golfer is immediately placed in a more ideal line for force production, which has ‘up-chain’ kinematic corrective impacts on the human structure.
This effect is immediate.
Coupled with additional soft tissue remodeling, the addition of “impact adaptation”, neural recognition and movement re-education through the use of the EnVe shoe offers a significant value to an athletes development: a reduction in time to achieve their optimal genetic potential.
