Please note that all exchanges/returns/refunds must be processed within 30 days from delivery and the product being returned must be in the same condition it was when shipped (new/unused). Athalonz has the right upon inspection to refuse the product for refund/exchange if it is not in new/unused condition. If the product does not qualify for refund/exchange, Athalonz will contact you and will either ship back the product or dispose of it.
When returning a product to Athalonz, please include the original Athalonz box inside an additional/appropriate shipping box or polybag. Do NOT
tape the label to the original Athalonz box!Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange the product you received, Athalonz will refund your initial purchase. A notification of that refund will be sent to your email. A new order will be created by Athalonz and sent to you for verification and payment method. The order will be shipped once payment method is confirmed.
NOTE 1: New/unused Special/Limited Edition items can be returned but cannot be exchanged.
NOTE 2: product must be returned within 30 days from from delivery in new/unused condition.
If you would like to return a new/unused product for a refund, please go to Order Look Up (below) and request your return. Once Athalonz receives the product and confirms that it was returned in new condition, a full refund will be processed. You will receive an email from Athalonz confirming the refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment. Expedited shipping is not refundable.
