At Athalonz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This exchanges and returns policy provides a guide for you, our customer, but if you ever have a specific question, just contact us at and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
To begin the exchange or returns process, just do an "Order Lookup" below by entering your customer email and Athalonz order number (your order number would have been sent to you via email). Fill out the quick questions describing your issue and we'll get back to you. You can also read below for a list of common questions. Thanks.
- If you receive an item that doesn't fit, just return the incorrect size within 30 days from their shipment to you, and we'll happily exchange it for another size of the same style and color variant. Limited, Rare and Ultra Rare edition exchanges are subject to availability.
- Please include a note with the new size you want!
- Please enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Returns that do not include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
- Unfortunately, we only cover return shipping on exchanges to domestic U.S. customers and cannot cover the cost of return shipping to international customers, but we obviously want to get you a size that fits. We've included a shoe sizing chart on every product page to help, but reach out on social media or give us a call or email if you have any questions on sizing before you buy.
- Please mail back in original shipping bag or suitable shipping packaging. Shoes mailed back with a taped up box as shipping packaging will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
- Return/exchange reason, all merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with original tags, in if applicable.

- * For the full refund, the Athalonz EnVe golf shoes must be returned in Like New condition, in their original box, and received by Athalonz within twenty-one (21) days of their purchase date. The full refund DOES NOT INCLUDE RETURN SHIPPING EXPENSES.
Incorrect or Defective Item. Returns/Exchanges shipping
- If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we'll make it right and cover the cost of shipping.
- Return incorrect or damaged items before 30 days from their shipment to you, and we'll cover the return shipping to get you the product you wanted.
- Return/Exchange: all merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with original tags if applicable. Please mail back in original shipping bag or suitable shipping packaging. Shoes mailed back with a taped up box as shipping packaging will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
- If you're the recipient of a gift and want to return or exchange an item, please provide your full name, shipping address, and email address (if available).
- Exchanges processed prior to 30 days are subject to availability. If the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed.
- Returns received more than 40 days after date of shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
- Clearance items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturer's defect . If you consider a product to have a manufacturer's defect, please contact us so we can take care of it.
- We cannot accept COD returns.
